WORKING METHODOLOGY OF SAMPARCTM

The Governing Council of SAMPARC consists of the Trustees and the Board of Directors. They are the decision making committee .They approve the annual budget and annual operational plan of the organization. The Governing Council has given power to the Secretary Director to execute the decision of the Governing Council. The Secretary Director has to report weekly on the relevant issues with the President and the concern Trustees.

The Secretary Director executes the decision of Governing Council through its Central co-ordination Office and Project Office .The project office is also governed by the Local Level Managing Committee. The central co-ordinators view-review the plans and proposal and suggest in the programme. They monitor and evaluate the programme and keep the financial control. Review the audit and reporting to the donors and to the statutory body.

The project office gets all financial sanction of local level managing committee and also endowed check and verification of finance, accounts at the local level managing committee .The projects office puts suggestion, reports and statements and proposal in monthly meeting. They discuss, educate and train at the project level with the working personal as well keep reporting and maintain the ongoing projects.

SAMPARC™ STRENGTHS
  • Project Heads/Supervisors are taking care of and are responsible for the success of the projects assigned to them. The Director and the Coordinator regularly guide them.
  • Local Committee Meeting - In each project SAMPARC™ has formed a Local Level Managing Committee which looks after the progress and growth of the project.
  • Monthly, quarterly, and half yearly Monitoring and Evaluation of the projects.
  • Accountability and transparency in all projects.
  • Decisions based on the real requirement & accordingly all the aspects are evaluated & planned by the working personnel of the organization in consultation with the Director and Project Co-ordinator.
  • Aims to cover maximum number of beneficiaries.
  • To cover disadvantaged and socially downtrodden population.
  • Involve different concerned agencies.
  • Dependence on the decision of Local Level Managing Committee. Ultimately the programs are approved by Board of Trustees.
  • Discuss about the project in the monthly meeting based on monthly report and monitoring and evaluation done by the organization.
